1. Agreement to Terms These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Rodan Electronics LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://rodanelectronics.com/ website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.
2. Use of the Site & Services Rodan Electronics LLC provides marine electrical and electronics installation, repair, and mobile services. The content on the Site is provided for general information and service-booking purposes only.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, damage, or disparage any other party.
Service requests submitted through the Site do not constitute a binding contract until an estimate is provided by our team and explicitly approved by you.

4. Service Disclaimers & Pricing
Estimates: We provide clear, upfront pricing estimates before commencing work. However, mobile marine diagnostics can occasionally reveal secondary issues that require additional parts or labor. In such events, no additional work will be performed without your prior authorization.
Service Area: Our services are limited to Charleston, SC, and the surrounding Lowcountry. Service availability is subject to change based on workload and exact location.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties The Site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. You agree that your use of the Site and our services will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Site and your use thereof, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
